Rental days: Sundays are free of charge. A rental may end on Sunday, but cannot start on Sunday.
Additional operating hours: proportionally charged based on the daily rental price.
Payment & deposit: The deposit is payable at handover or delivery. Rental and agreed transport fees are payable on return or collection. Outstanding additional costs such as excess hours, fuel, special cleaning or damage may be deducted from the deposit; any balance will be refunded.
Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the agreed collection or delivery time. Between 24 and 48 hours, 50% of the agreed rental fee applies; less than 24 hours or no-show: 100%. The renter may demonstrate that no loss or a significantly lower loss was incurred; alternative rentals and saved costs will be taken into account.

Prices: All prices are final prices. No VAT is charged under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (small-business scheme).
