Right of withdrawal & consumer rights

This page explains how to contact us about a possible statutory withdrawal or cancellation. You can make a non-binding enquiry about equipment rental at Bliesgau Baggerservice. Submitting the website form does not create a binding paid rental agreement.

When might a right of withdrawal apply?

Under certain contracts concluded by consumers exclusively through distance communication or away from business premises, a statutory withdrawal right may apply (Sections 312c, 312g and 355 of the German Civil Code). Statutory exceptions must be assessed in each case. We do not categorically exclude withdrawal rights for construction equipment rental. Where applicable, we will explain the relevant withdrawal period in the legally required information provided for the contract.

A cancellation or change of appointment is not the same as a statutory withdrawal. Any applicable statutory withdrawal right takes precedence over our cancellation rules.

How to notify us of a withdrawal

If you wish to withdraw from a contract for which you have a statutory withdrawal right, you may notify us by email or letter, for example. Please include your name and enough details to identify the contract. You are not required to use the model form below for a valid declaration.

Note: This information page does not replace any full statutory withdrawal information required before concluding a specific contract. If a separate online purchase/contract conclusion function is introduced for consumer contracts subject to withdrawal, it will also be necessary to assess whether an electronic withdrawal function under Section 356a of the German Civil Code is required.

Cancellations and further questions
